Exactly one year ago I took my very first steps into the anime blogosphere as a blogger. And as of today, dear readers, Anime Viking has reached its first year.
When I first started blogging, I never believed that I would actually manage to keep it up for one whole year. It takes a lot of dedication to blog, especially if you, like me, also study. But here I am, alive and kicking, having a whole new year of blogging to look forward to. The best part is that I have no intention to stop.
You see, blogging is a whole lot of fun, despite having its share of tough moments (e.g. lack of ideas). But without the anime and blogging community, I certainly would have stopped blogging since long ago. With the risk of sounding cheesy, it is thanks to you guys I enjoy this as much as I do.
So I would like to take this moment to thank all of you who reads Anime Viking or are only there on Twitter fooling around with me.

Indeed it does. I was six months old only a day ago! At least, that is how it feels like. Is it now I enter the feared “second year death of blogging”, or is that the next one?
